This program takes place at Jericho Beach Park. Classes are 3 hours a day. Participating children can attend independently, without a caregiver. Each class is led by two facilitators and has space for 10 children (ages 6-12).  This program will be child-led with opportunities for tool use, plant identification, nature art, interest led building and building nature connection.

*PLEASE NOTE* Classes for this program meet at the big willow tree close to the concession stand and the paid parking lot. Activities take place at the beach, forest, and field locations of the park. Before attending, please make sure to read our recommendations on what to wear/bring as well as program policies which can be found on our resource page.

Fall Experience Days:

Come and meet the instructors, see the space and spend a Fall day in nature as a family!  Note: Parent or caregiver must attend with the children on experience days.

Saturday November 10th 2018; 1-4pm

Saturday December 8th 2018; 1-4pm

Cost: $15 per child, $25 for 2 siblings.

You will be sent registration confirmation and payment information at that time. Payment can be made by e-transfer or by cheque.

Winter Programming:

6-9 year olds:  Fridays and/or Saturdays from 9am-12pm with Laurie and Cassie.

10-12 year olds:  Fridays and/or Saturdays from 1pm-4pm with Laurie  and Cassie.
